You need an iPhone that supports eSIM and is not locked to one carrier. The app shows whether your iPhone supports eSIM; to check the carrier lock, open Settings, General, About and look for "No SIM restrictions".
No. The plans are mobile data only. Your usual number stays on your usual line, and you can use messaging and calling apps over data.
Each plan's Key facts say when its days start counting and the deadline to start it. Most start when they first connect to a network in a covered destination.
You can cancel within 14 days of buying, as long as the eSIM hasn't been installed, and get the full price back. If we can't deliver your eSIM or it can't connect because of a fault on our side, we refund it in full. See section 7 of the terms of use.
